Naoshima Direct -Meet & Car Transfer Service-
This service is extremely convenient for guests with lots of luggage, families, or those in a hurry.
*Reservations are available exclusively for guests staying at MY LODGE Naoshima or QUAINT HOUSE Naoshima.
A driver will meet you at Okayama Station, Okayama airport, or Takamatsu Airport, provide private transfer to Uno Port, and our staff will greet you at Naoshima’s Miyanoura Port to guide you to MY LODGE or QUAINT HOUSE.
(Please note that the ferry to Naoshima will be unaccompanied.)

Once we confirm your request, we will proceed with arranging the transfer; however, we cannot guarantee availability at this stage.
As soon as your booking is secured, we will send you a payment link via email. Advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
Your booking will be considered complete once we have received the payment confirmation.

Please meet the driver at the arrival hall of Okayama or Takamatsu Airport, or at the ticket gate of Okayama Station.
The driver will be waiting for you with a name board.
Additional expenses incurred along the way, such as parking fees, should be kindly paid on the spot.
Please note that the driver may not always be an English speaker, as the availability of English-speaking drivers is limited.

・Please ensure that the number of items matches the quantity specified in advance.
・In the event that the number of items exceeds the specified quantity and cannot be loaded into the vehicle, we kindly ask you to arrange delivery or other measures at your own responsibility.
・Please note that we cannot be held liable for any accidents, damages, or losses that may occur during transit.
Should any issues arise, we respectfully request that you address them through your personal insurance.
・Regardless of the circumstances, the specified cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellation policy:
20 to 8 days before the reserved date: 20% of the total cost
7 to 2 days before the reserved date: 30% of the total cost
1 day before the reserved date: 40% of the total cost
On the reserved date: 50% of the total cost
No-show without prior notice: 100% of the total cost
